3. storage. have enough storage silverware, dishes, small appliances, dry , canned goods? if don't might want have install more cabinets or storage solutions.

4. if kitchen function ugly give update. can paint old cabinets , replace old knobs , fixtures. small updates less expensive huge total renovation.
