dried blood looks black, did cut on? if metal see dr. if soak in tub water hot can stand it, not touch wound , let old blood soak off, fears, not pat dry towel not sterile, let leg drip dry. there called "liquid bandage" use if can, wear nothing color on wound, white , leave open air as possible, if worried put little neosporin on not touch tip on wound , wash hands anytime before near it.
