Is it illegal for a manager of a fast food restruant to clock an employee out without sending them on a break.?


illegal in every state else clock in or out. no 1 may,even, permission ,use time card or ever method use ,to sign in work or sign out of work reason. if problem should go on head if means waiting supervision come around store .when ask them quietly 2-3 minutes of time. want keep hand written record of day happened .when punched out , write down punches , times illegal punches ... there verylarge fine .the amount varies state state . many states fine $10,000.00 per illegal punch . unfortunaly, won't see of money receive few hours of pay companies attempt make things right .... keep write down ,,exactly when , ...you quite surprised @ response upper bosses
