Is it too late to achieve my dreams?

i'm 16 years old, , i'm feeling little uneasy way things have been going. i'm kind of idiot.

whole life, loved draw, listen music, , many times inspired anime, cartoons, , other graphics. when sad, i'd draw, when bored, i'd draw, , whenever had sort of 'artistic' project in our class, have best , creative piece.

unfortunately, i've been idiot , i've been taking courses , doing things don't enjoy fullest. love music, instead of taking on band/typing in middle school, have done sculpting or other visual forms of art. have joined tons of clubs on history of education.

in high school, wasted many time. i'm junior , haven't taken clubs, joined classes like, etc etc. i've been spending time doing nothing, problem is: dreams set high, work hasn't followed through.

moved health business , had interest in law , justice. time, i've been ignoring fact valued creativity, i've been ignoring important. if wasn't related developing skills in art, have done more community service, or joined clubs me learn skill.

makes me kind of pissed off , little depressed imagine how life if had done perfectly. imagined myself taking of clubs, doing on of classes, , taking relevant courses throughout education.

reason why these thoughts came because decided think future. looking @ random job graphic designer, saw word 'competition' , realized.. how can desirable job title 'graphic designer' when there thousand people out there more skilled am?

of worked harder me, joined more relevant classes, , worked hard towards achieving dream?

browsing yahoo answers, saw depressing story guy dropped college, had hard time finding place live, , had hard time finding job. how harder me find not job, 1 i've dreamed about? can use creativity , skills in art people , paid decent amount of cash?

basically, feel past 16 years of life has been waste of time, , when think 'nerds' in class , talented people in school, understood how more pathetic am.

have few questions..

education below college-level matter in deciding how future be?
hoping make time-wasting in past doing extremely in college , in senior year.

late find job, enjoy , paid well? dreams there. dream of enjoyable job, amazing car, big family, , bright future.
