Anybody know what the spherical thing in the picture is? Is it a traffic camera for wrong way driving?


thing doesn't stand in parking lot, it's standing between high way , high way exit. mistakenly entered exit leads parking lot. parking lot locked , couldn't go in, drove wrong way high way..

way, didn't take picture, google maps..and here picture position of spherical thing.
