whenever wear coat, dad gets upset it.

thing is, cold , whenever don't wear it, feel i'm freezing, don't have heat in house.

says if wear coat inside of house, won't warm me when i'm outside, i've found it's pretty exact opposite case.

can confirm if says true? also, think it's unreasonable me wear coat in house?
