Is Les Miserables suitable for children under 5 years old?


not! firstly, it's not suitable children not understand story , contains things violence , prostitution. unless feel explaining entire story them before seeing it, (including talk - because how else explain fantine doing in lovely ladies?) not appropriate. secondly, not appropriate rest of audience. depending on whether mean film or stage production, either 2.5 hours without intermission (plus ads) or on 3 hours intermission. kids under 5 cannot sit still , concentrate length of time - end disrupting other audience members.

i taking children see les miserables, , aware of story , musical numbers. have never seen before, suitable children?
