Pain in liver side, how to cure it naturally?

have symptoms pretty resemble having gallbladder/
gallstones problems.

let me explain:
liver makes bile. bile flows through tube
structures, known ducts, liver gallbladder
stored , concentrated.
when food eat, reaches first part of small
intestines...known duodenum, hormones released
causes gallbladder contract. forces
bile common bile duct flow
intestines. bile emulsifies fats eat
can digested , absorbed body.

obstruction in bile ducts:
gallstone moving out of gallbladder ducts.
growth in bile ducts
infection of ducts
malformation of ducts.
narrowing of ducts

of these can cause pain. pain starts
in upper right hand quadrant of abdomen
(where liver is) , shoulder , upper

whenever eat oily or butter happens pain in liver guess liver found weak in past tests. here left side heart pumping feel slow pain, mean isnt extremely painful heavy sometimes.
