Anyone know about dreams/nightmares?


lately i've been getting nightmares, rare. first time had nightmare, able wake myself realizing dreaming , screaming @ myself wake during dream. next couple times has worked less , less. had dream morning , not wake up. in dream, dreamt mother woke me shaking me, dream within dream. of these nightmares involve, me dreaming i'm waking within dream. multiple times. also, feel i've been dreaming hours , half hour. takes me many minutes calm down after wake up, , of course takes quite few seconds realize i've woke. help
