there wildlife centers , such have magpies. magpies intelligent , can learn talk. however, if live in united states , talking either black-billed magpie or yellow-billed magpie, illegal have 1 pet. it's wrong capture such bird wild , stick in house, if you're thinking. taking away home it's used in order make pet cruel. , bird ends being deliberately stolen home, won't have lot of trust in you, either.
