How do i really improve my swim times?
i'm not year-round swimmer, , i'm on school swim team. i've been swimming 3 years, , thats on school team 3 months long each year.
i'm pretty athletic, don't tired playing other sports. although, can't keep pace when i'm swimming long. maybe because don't have "swimmers endurance" because new swimming. year, i've been swimming on team 2 months straight, think endurance have come me now...considering have 1 more month of it. want make states, time 50 freestyle 31 @ best , times states 28 or something. kind of disappointed because teammates good, of them make regionals , have times 50 free between 27-29 seconds, , isn't fastest times. i'm not worst one, people worse me don't care swimming, doing p.e. credit or exercise or whatever. question, try hard every day try swim fastest i've never dropped off of time. coach keeps telling me have "good form", if had form wouldn't able go faster? other practice, else can improve time (preferably in 50 free, love faster time in things 100 free , 200 free) of now, if i'm absolutely sprinting, can make 3rd lap , tired. 100 free @ 1 minute , 11 seconds, need improvement there. tips, not stroke itself, maybe dives, breathing, , flipturns....and overall getting shape , endurance can me have faster times? , preferably within month!
