Is jogging for only 1 hour a pretty good work out?
1 hour jogging great workout. lots of people cant run 5 minutes. calories burn depend on weight , how fast go. faster go , more weigh, more calories burn. but, roughly, burn 5-600 calories jogging hour , maybe 200 calories walking hour. thing is, when walk, heart rate lower, burn higher percentage of fat calories burn jogging. jogging @ decent paced, burn carbs , 10% fat, 10% protein, walking, burn around 40% fat. so, calculate- jogging 1 hour burns 600 calories. 10% of 60 calories burnt fat.
walking 1 hour burns 200 calories. 40% of 80 calories burnt fat.
so, burn more fat walking, not many calories in total.
