husband & got married 12/28/12. know in our favor file our taxes together, if last name has not been changed in time match should & can still file together? did application online change last name on social security card not know how long take receive & work 2 jobs & not have time contact both employers change last name before w-2s issued..so im wondering if problem me file using name or have have changed on legal documents before file?
