make hospital cage. have take vet or die. euthanasia can done home- huge gust of air on head or flick in temple nails, or break neck. know sounds horrible... vet put down anyway , sounds has disease, best put out of misery 1 way or another.

i found budgie. seems few months old. cere , feet crusty looking, doesn't move or talk much. takes seed hands , drinks water when put near beak. she's weak. can help?
