What to wear to Emirates Airline Open Recruitment Day?


applied few weeks ago emirates airline , received email today informing me there recruitment open day in dallas next month planning on attending flight attendant position. in email, states follows:
business attire :  
ladies - knee length skirt / dress skin colored stockings.
men - suit & tie

mean must wear skirt or allowed wear pants instead? flying dallas attend , prefer wear pants. (i have been flight attendant domestic airline past 8 years.)
