Why are black people so rude?

don't see of race correlation, see correlation between person lives. have met lot of whites, blacks, , mexicans living in ghetto living in nicer areas. live in nicer areas(and nice don't mean white, live in nice area have lot of neighbors not white) seem nicer people around, regardless of race. in contrast, many residents of ghettos, again regardless of race, seem define neighborhood, , unaware of how adapt handle don't live do.

don't me wrong there exceptions, such places end weeding out aspire more, , grow human being. kids grow under kind of household , either end staying there , feeling "entitled," or go college/learn trade/etc. , able progress nicer areas develop social skills deal people outside ghetto.

said applies races, have seen ton of white people living in ghettos have seen black people there. likewise surrounded in nice area mexicans, blacks, , whites. in general nicer people, of whom have lived in ghetto @ 1 point decided more lives.

can understand why live terrible neighborhood act way lot of people have no qualms screwing on in kinds of places(again regardless of race). however, lot of people have no idea how develop social skills beyond tough exterior of neighborhood. in closing, not race, people develop social skills based on social skills surrounding them. able adapt other people on outside, while unable such.

they're rude isn't black. not black people majority of ones live around. don't understand, if you're nice, want mean. i'm not being racist, it's truth.
