What are the policies in Canada regarding safety in a classic car?


last time owned pre-seat-belt-era vehicle, not necessary retrofit vehicle seatbelts if came factory without them. 1960 vehicle. seatbelts installed in vehicles in 1963 in canada, didn't need them in car.
