How can I increase the relative humidity in my gargoyle gecko's cage?


bought gargoyle gecko along tropical climate cage set. lot of things i've read saying relative humidity should between 50% , 90%. however, no matter how mist cage, not stay above 50% longer half hour. before towel suggested, need keep light on top of cage, towel block light bulb.
