How can you stay over in ROME?


unfortunately, non-european citizen not allowed live , work in italy. there 2 visas available you:

long-stay visa, , must prove have sufficient money support because not allowed work;

and, work visa, cannot apply directly visa, must first apply job before leaving home, give job employer must prove there no italian or eu citizens available fill position. however, there no shortage of qualified european art teachers. might want check out american , international schools in italy, these schools tend take highly qualified teachers.

i'm american , want live indefinitely in rome, how possible, kind of income need per year? want teach art there.
