How do I become a director ?


study old films , highly acclaimed films . study makes them work. opening shot,transition shot, , how pacing of storyline portraying events within story . study action scenes vs bad action scenes....notice shaky trick photography crap .joss whedon knows how action , ensemble directing.nolan knows how psychological thrillers, weakness action.study both ,they in own ways. make own style...but of make coherent story , portray on film in sequence not confusing,not boring creative , tie plots make sense. go film school,join club loves do, , never stop pursuing like. network people enjoy same artform

i become director fictional movies , not sure start. believe need enroll in university strong in field. can advise me on steps take ?
