How hard can a budgie bite?

parakeets can bite hard, bite , make 1 bleed when feel threatened.
before grab out of cage clip wings, have warn you.
1.)it 100% bite you, , might accidently squeeze hard , kill it.
2.)there chance of budgie never ever stepping onto hand, lessen chance using towel, cover view point budgie can not see you, using clipper or scissor cut wings. scream , struggle, , during time inexperienced clipper budgie twist neck , die painful death.
3.)clipping wings has nothing lesser accidents. cause accidents have, accidents can prevent. such closing curtains them banging on windows , breaking neck, or closing toilet lids them falling in toilet , drowning; trapped there chance them fly out, if wings gone there no chance.
use towel clip wings, , research on where,
if chance accidently clipped veins use soap or flour.
