ITouch 3g or iTouch 4g 32GB for music use ONLY?


how sound quality of itouch 3g vs itouch 4g? if there no difference, other specs not matter since dont care graphics or run speed since music run fast enough.
since have iphone 5, reason want itouch music (32gb, iphone has 16gb). itouch 3g $40-$60 cheaper used on amazon.

long story on why im getting itouch music only. make short, lose 4g @ new years eve party, have no idea , dont remember night. cant tell mom since know night. think im giving friend money buy 1 off amazon me. using own money, want save bit if can.
