Room decorating, $150? Budget :)?


holidays year got $150 budget redecorate room. i'm teenager way.
have queen size bed takes entire room, i'd keep it. it's white, few chips in paint older-looking feel.
have bookshelf glass cover same paint.

ideas had we're:

- blue & white theme
-an asian inspired theme (oriented, buddha things. i'm afraid idea more expensive though.)
-a lights theme. (hang lights across ceiling, have darker room-mood @ night it's awesome.)

there sort of 2 catches.

1) have $150 budget, said title. limits me lot.

2) can't paint. renting house , our landlord won't let paint anything! :( also, said before mom won't let me rid of bed .

things can redecorate room? please don't send me links spent last 30 minutes surfing web , found nothing. thank you!
