What are the basics I need to know for piano?


parents wont pay lessons, , frankly, don't have way lessons because mom cant drive because of alzheimers , dad never home. have piano @ home , want teach myself. basics need know? know how read music kinda. drummer, quite familiar reading rhythms , know how notes worth, , know difference between treble clef , bass clef. know notes are. know raw basics or music reading, need know key signatures , how of transfers piano.
