Fishing: why doesnt this pond produce many big ones?


1 pond have fished dad , brother since may produces big bass. fished 20 times (maybe more) , caught 2 15 inch bass , thats size. average 5 hour there 10-12 inches. has channel catfish, largemouth bass, bluegill, rainbow trout (seasonally, stocked in march), , dad caught fluke pickerel once. 2 acres, bank fish clear , guess 10 ft in middle. mud bottom in winter, spring, , first half of summer, , late fall, , weed bottom in of pond late summer , fall. pond surrounded rock foot or 2 , doesnt prohibit spawning mud depth spawning. fished (and of other fisherman after cats , trout anyway). see amount of sunfish (average size) , lot of minnows. pond new (i think 4-8 years. im in southeast pennsylvania btw.
