Im going on a vacation to cuba and want to get a dark tan'?


sun extremely strong in cuba. wear spf 60 , come home tan. if don't use sunscreen, you'll burn. can tan in tanning bed create base, , use lower spf once in cuba, if don't fake , bake stuff (and don't blame you), want start high spf, decrease spf vacation goes on. can start 50spf decrease 30spf last 3 days of vacation. won't block getting sun. i've seen many tourists in cuba severe burning. looks disgusting , they're in visible pain. careful!

edited add, go cuba every 4 months, , maintain tan awhile, have base, , still use spf60 prevent burning. fair skinned. son bi-racial (olive skinned) , used 60spf , comes home perfect colour.

im going away on 10th , want dark tan , not burn, dont use sun screen cause feel blocks me getting sun, use alovera after im done in sun in summer time, idea!?
