What is a good procedure for a preschool teacher to follow in case a gunman is in the school?

i'm sure sandy hook incident has every teacher shaken, work in small private daycare class full of 3 year olds. i've been thinking hard if gunman comes building (none of classroom doors lock , small building).

here's co-teacher , have come far:
-turn lights off
-barricade door (luckily cubby shelf right next door , of furniture can moved around room quickly)
-break window (i have 1 in class)
-one of goes out , other starts passing children
-throw children on fence (there house next door , fence leads backyard)

guess after 1 of stay in , try evacuate more children. co-teacher suggested wet floor around door soap , water in case gunman able classroom.

want know if sounds plan or not. i'm sure preschoolers wild , hysterical, really, doesn't seem right try , put them in closet or something. want them out of building.
