Are mtg 2012 decks a match against 2013 decks?


argue 2012 cards more powerful 2013 cards. m12 has cards titans aren't present in m13, because wizards decided reduce power level of core set year. commons , uncommons make of deck, i'm not sure, because there different abilities , keywords haven't seen matched against each other, they're pretty balanced.
