If a figure skater doesn't follow their original skating plan, will there be any points deducted?

*facepalm*

no points deducted varying planned program elements (ppe). there has flexibility maintained.

example: russian nationals 2 days ago. artur gachinski falls off opening 4t (planned 4t-3t). avoid deduction not having combination, changed planned 3lz 3lz-2t.

example: junior grand prix final earlier month. joshua farris falls off second jumping pass (4t) , steps out of second (3lz, planned 3lz-3t). avoid deduction repeating element , maximise points, changed planned 3lz later in program 3lz-2t.

, skaters feel changing things. plushenko absolutely notorious in younger days it.

will points deducted? or depend on how change program?
