seems congress can spend on 2 months debating ethics , hypothetics of fiscal cliff , bills addressing issue, can't spend 2 minutes addressing bill provide needed aid affected areas in nj/ny! how can ever justify this? know many people continue suffer because of congress's negligence! don't understand how apologists congress claiming it's not responiiblity affected areas-----what bullshit! bill have allowed federal government out people need it, , continue not so.
