Screen is blank after installing new video card?


- make sure monitor plugged vga, dvi or hdmi port of graphics card
- enter safe-mode networking
- uninstall old drivers , install latest nvidia or amd (whichever graphics card is)

want make sure monitor selected use specific port connected to. when bought second monitor, connected vga , after upgrading graphics card plugged in dvi port. screen blank while , left me scratching head - had forgot switch monitor vga dvi mode.

secondly, sure power supply enough?

if power supply can't supply enough power system may power (hard drive powering, fans spinning) won't go far that.

it compatible , everything.
didnt uninstall other cards drivers.
imediatoy after installing new 1 turned on , screen blank
