How can I strengthen my ankles and improve my arch for pointe?
there 2 parts make foot. arch , instep. instep top bump cannot change arch can higher. depends if have flexible feet. if there various exercises can make arch better. know many girls who's arch has improved drastically.

-flex , point
-in ballet point
-work arch pointe shoe that's not easy
many professional dancers have increased there arch, not instep. regardless, if don't have flexible, medium arched feet, can there have been exeptions extraordinary dancer's. take look.

what stretches can improve arch? many famous dancers feet touch floor when in straddle , point feet. mine far off , going on pointe soon.
