im driving down block , live old ladies feed pigeons causing them come everywhere , ignorant self decides put bread dead in middle of street im thinking these birds going fly away when car gets near. no way....they stand there eating away run car on couple of them , keep going. felt if u ask me. illegal thing do? know live animal me arent animals theyre dirty rats , ill again if chance
