Does Most Processed food contain MSG? (Also what is MSG?)?


monosodium glutamate used called "seasoning salt", , used thousands of years without reported problems....but food & drug administration in usa introduced labelling law in 1970s forced manufacturers call table salt "sodium chloride" , seasoning salt "monosodium chloride", , people started being sensitive it!

way can 100% confident harmless people purport have "sensitivity" msg can't eat chinese food (which know has lots of msg in it) never claim suffer symptoms eating italian food....which has or more msg in it....both tomatoes & italian cheese (like parmesan) have far higher level of msg in them chinese food, , anchovies!
