according le chatlier's principle, increasing amount of reactant on left side of equation drive reaction right, co2 level rises, more h+ , hco3^- generated in ocean, , increase in h+ results in decrease in ocean ph.

what connection between decrease ph level of oceans , increase atmospheric co2+warmer temperatures?
