How can I train for upcoming swim season?
go gym! start running on treadmill or outside , lots of core workouts such sit ups, crunches, leg swings, , others. need work on triceps (main muscle used in swimming) lot of push ups. know push-ups hard if push through pain you're gonna ahead @ beginning of season. :) goodluck!
i swim on varsity , need start getting in shape because our season starts in august. can train? don't have access pools that's out of question. i'm trying break 30 on 50 free!
