focus on getting backhandspring. teams want handspring , level skills. require them. can roundoff, front handspring, or front tuck if fearless(you run punch roll. got mine on first try) work on getting jumps higher. invest in pair of ankle weights , jumps in them. work on muscles in upper legs , make sure flexible enough feet up. if u want more jump tips go on youtube, fortheloveoftumbling.com, or through question have answered have given out jump tips b4

ok want try out cheer leading in spring can't sort of flip , in gymnastics on saturdays half hour , can't more don't suggest tips on how flips or jumps in 2 months?:)
