mom passed away year. going will, lost life in car accident right before going it. mom firm stocks , wanted me 1 handle them closest 1 , daughter trusted. have other siblings, mom did not want hands in money (they used steal her) question is.. need distribute money other siblings since there no will? need involve them in process? going start process after mourning 10 months of death. going speak lawyer, still answer questions on here. thanks!!
