Why do i see tweets of people i dont follow on twitter?


people following may have retweeted tweet don't follow, or tweets promoted particular company, , therefore can see on homepage.
unfortunately, there's nothing can it, because @ point of time rwtweets tweet not follow.

i follow celebrities verified accounts, keep seeing tweets people fakeaccounts similar these celebs. when not following them neither following me nor mentioning me. why so? should do? plase help
