Can Electricity be produced by harnessing the friction from the moving wheels of a locomotive?

no, friction losses in 1 train small. , appear heat in rails, small temperature increase less degree. i't impossible useful energy out of small temperature change

don't see added wheels do. if hit train somehow , spin, taking energy train has restored locomotive. , efficiency low.

ps, not harnessing friction, harnessing kinetic energy of moving train. and, said, force loco generate more power, there net loss.

in india have millions of km of railway tracks possible add small crenated wheels inside tracks , connected batteries power thousands of villages not yet powered
