HELP! My 2007 Toyota Camry oil light came on and engine started making knocking sounds.?


oct 2007 had oil changed. car has been running fine since purchased used 2007 camry 71000 miles. today im driving , oil light illuminates. next thing know hear knocking , clicking noises engine. pulled on , had car towed mechanic. checked oil , there wasnt any. find odd seeing had oil changed @ dealership. since late, mechanic said he'll @ car first thing in morning. said he'll @ oil pan, if oil pan empthy have faulty enginge devastate me. there advice on maybe else be? thank in advance!
