How should I handle having my order screwed up by business?
went optometrist on 11/21 , fitted pair of eyeglasses. ordered them , went school since on thanksgiving break. (i'm college student) came week or 2 ago , mom picked them up. got home yesterday , asked see glasses. disappointed see
1) wrong color. ordered titanium , black
2) not have spring hinges , pair tried on did , told frames buying would.
can't find receipt purchase , if did not have details above. upset because paid lot of money these glasses , it's hardly ordered! how should remedy situation? not confrontational feel uncomfortable going demand refund , making scene ridiculous.
