Is it alright for kfc to close after 20 minutes its scheduled to close?


manager of kfc, can tell staying open time rid of chicken because cooked too close end of night( isn't using projection sheet correctly).everything end @ close counts against store.like throwing money in trash.also @ end of month waste effecting bonus, based on %.at close places let employees buy leftovers @ huge discount, 30 cents piece.there isn't wrong food , chicken makes great stir fry.
if staying open past close, can,however shouldn't expect still clock out @ regular time without making short cuts in clean up.

i have gotten new boss @ kfc work at. close @ 9 tells me continue serving rid of products , expects me clean 9:45. fine boss expect chewed lot of cleaning time?
