going along left side of jublife, saw zapdos on in water area. lazy surf there (lazy in water pokemon in center , if went in there zapdos move again), fished. after 4 or 5 times, forget which, zapdos appeared. caught master ball got cyrus.
it's not normal, per say, able that? or did catch bug in game?
