My turtle keeps killing my plants!!!?


i've got 75 gallon tank filled 55 gallons of water. i've got sorts of different aquatic life in different turtles , fish. right i've got 6 inch painted turtle, 3 inch map turtle, 2 inch florida softshell , baby alligator snapper. have 3 gold fish algae eater , upside down catfish. problem whenever try putting underwater plants in painted turtle chews long part off , let's float on top. literally got anacharis plant 2 days ago (which told grow fast shouldnt have problem) , it's half gone already. feed turtles , fish daily , never see painted turtle eat food sticks or i'm not getting rid of turtle. i'm not changing set want know if there kind of plant that can grow fast enough turtle can't "out-eat" it. i'm not spending $20 on fake plant. or if there problem turtle not eating food sticks because ate them crazy during summer when had him in outside pond. or because of seasons.
