Need help with google chrome issue?


so, downloading off of website , half way through realized wasn't looking for, product ad had clicked accidentally. managed close installation box half way through via task manager. however, seems program still on laptop. went through add/remove programs , got rid of program. downloaded google chrome, cannot rid of.

so, though have taken out of computer through add/remove progs, still have extension chrome. went in , got rid of extension list -- deleted it, not disabled -- , still pops in chrome.

every time open chrome, though google set home page, different web page pops up. looks trying lot google, far google looks like. happens when open new window/new tab. what's more odd website doesn't have url address. url bar blank. tab website open says, "internet search" on tab. has geen, red, blue, , yellow swirl in front of word internet. site search site, , has colored symbol in front of bar type in searching.

@ top of website blue bar going across linking me other sites such facebook , twitter.

ran avg virus scan -- no threat found.
have uninstalled , reinstalled chrome.
deleted every speck of history, cookies, cache, etc.
rebooted computer after reinstallation of chrome , uninstallation of unwanted program.

how can chrome set google when open new tabs or first open browser?
