graphics card - ok
os - terrible, terrible, horrible memory hog! next vista! downgrade 7 or linux+wine (software allows run windows programs) (skyrim runs when installed through windows version of steam).
dvd - didn't specify model, if can load dvd , said dvd not scratched or otherwise damaged, install.
cpu - model? how many ghz? little data.

believe computer run skyrim on medium high, if otherwise, lowering resolution works wonders.

play skyrim medium-high smoothly?
