slippery, stringy, spineless
noodle dances in air
before nose of dog
hanging hand of human
bite after bite
lick after lick
noodle avoids canine’s bite
trys, trys, trys, never succeeds
laugh slips outs of owners lips
“silly, silly dog” teases
continues playing cruel taunting game
allows dog taste
dog clumsily inhales noodle
looking foolish man’s amusement
gulps down , eyes move
“more,” plead. “more.”
man flicks noodle ground
dog laps delicacy
tongue can’t quite grasp
man chuckles @ helpless dog
seemingly innocent game between owner , pet
deeper, deeper, deeper
it’s bully’s monopoly
dog , man society
dog wants?
dog needs?
dog taste noodle?
it’s man, see.
