When Downloading From Internet Explorer, Why Does It Stop? HELP!!!?


have had problem while now.
want download skype onto pc when download website download stops @ 99% or 100% , freezes.

have tried downloading on internet explorer no add-ons not work.

happened while ago, stopped when friend came round fix problem our computer, started again.

how can stop this?
