mexican authorities not catch unless detained reason. don't have immediate ability check court records unless give them reason... can take 72 hours hold while investigate.

depending on kind of crime, how old warrants are, etc... detained while re-entering us. everyone's id put system coming country

plus, if courts become aware has been out of country, should forget ever getting bail. actions demonstrate flight risk.

please don't tell him. sounds loser belongs in jail.
